Congratulations to Caeden Lau for achieving the Highest Average Mark for the Diploma (ARCT) Level in the British Columbia of Music (BCCM) Music Festival.  Trophies are given to competitors who have performed at an exceptionally high level by receiving the highest overall score from the average of their highest marks.
